Overview

Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC offers a comprehensive 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Sale and Shipping Policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligibility Requirements

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
• Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition
• Original packaging and documentation must be included in original condition
• Items showing wear, alterations, or damage are ineligible
• Custom orders and customized products may be ineligible unless required by law
• Limited to one return per order unless otherwise approved

Important Notes

• Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provide a prepaid label
• We offer exchanges or replacement shipments for transit issues as described in our policies
• Return shipping costs are reimbursed upon authorization as described below
• No returns can be processed while items are in transit to us

Return Shipping Coverage

Upon authorizing your return request, you may ship the item back via your preferred carrier. Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC will fully reimburse your return shipping expenses as soon as the package is logged into our facility, where applicable.

We will also cover return shipping costs in these cases:

• Incorrect item received (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
• Confirmed factory defects (must report within 48 hours of delivery)

Return Process

2. Include with your return request:
   • Order number
   • Full name
   • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
3. Include with your return after request is granted:
   • Order number
   • Full name
   • Tracking number
4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
5. For exchanges, new item prices will be recalculated as needed

Refund Timeline

• Returns are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt at our facility
• Confirmation email sent after processing
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Refunds may appear in your bank account within 2 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider

Zero Restocking Fees: We do not apply administrative or restocking fees to eligible returns unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Promotional and Bundle Orders

Orders executed under a promotional structure (such as a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” campaign) are calculated fractionally. If you return an item that was part of a promotional bundle, your refund will be equal to that specific item's purchase price minus the baseline retail value of the free item you choose to retain.

Exclusions

• Custom or personalized products marked as final sale
• Limited edition items marked as final sale
• Products returned without authorization
• Items not in resalable condition
